WOW! Never had authentic Caribbean so asked for advise. Was advised if I like spicey get Jerk if not try the curry. I tried the Pork JERK I also ordered a few ‘starters’ for curiousity. HOT!! I LOVE IT, I have never had so many spices dancing in my mouth.
I can hardly wait to try more of ‘de jammin’ goods’. Thank you

Hi Chef Mark! I love your site and I wish I could visit to taste your delicious looking food! I live in the Caribbean, but I had never made Jamaican Beef Patties before. I’ve bought them ready made though. My cousin in Orlando sent me the link to your recipe and I gave it a try….YUM!! I made my own crust though. Thanks for sharing and I will definitely visit next time I am in Orlando.
