For Valentine’s Day…want to create a romantic experience that lasts all day?

Serve the one you love breakfast in bed… and lunch… and dinner.
  
We’ve made it easy for you to do.
  
Today we’ll give you a few breakfast-in-bed menu ideas. And, then we’ll follow up with your lunch-in-bed and dinner-in-bed ideas over the next days.
  
So, to get us started, here are a few Breakfast Menu ideas that are easy, quick, healthy, hearty, and …. of course romantic.
 

  MOST ROMANTIC Breakfast-in-bed Menu

  • Juice of one-half Grape Fruit (no sugar)
  • Piece of Broiled Fish
  • Two Slices of Toast (no butter)
  • Black Coffee

What makes it Romantic? Fish shows person is worth extra effort, seductive aromas, mouth watering herbs/spices, filling but light. 

                        
 

HEALTHIEST Breakfast-in-bed Menu

  • Blackberries, about one-half cup (no sugar or cream)
  • Soft-Boiled or Poached Egg
  • Two Slices of Toast (no butter)
  • Four Leaves of Lettuce
  • Black Coffee

What makes it Healthy? Blackberries (high oxident), lettuce (helps with insomnia, promotes digestion), egg (high protein), low or no sugar.

            

           

 QUICKEST Breakfast-in-bed Menu


  • Stewed Peaches (no sugar)
  • Omelet
  • Toasted Whole-Wheat Bread (two slices)
  • Black Coffee

What makes it Quick? Can be completed in 5 minutes or less. Peaches can be stewed in advanced and refridgerated until ready for use or canned peaches can be purchased.

 Hearty Menu #1
  • Juice of one Orange
  • Broiled Tomatoes
  • Three Pieces of Bacon
  • Two Slices of Toast (no butter)
  • Black Coffee

  • One-half Cantaloupe
  • Three-inch Piece of Broiled Ham
  • Two Slices of Toast (no butter)
  • Four Leaves of Lettuce
  • Black Coffee or Tea with Lemon
